250℃ High Temperature Resistant Air Filter

Introduction:

The 250℃ High Temperature Resistant Air Filter adopts deep pleated design, with paper or aluminium partition as the separator, the frame is made of galvanized, aluminium alloy or stainless steel, while the filter paper is made of high-temperature-resistant glass fibre or ultra-fine glass fibre and sealed with special high-temperature-resistant sealing adhesive.

Each high temperature resistant air filter has been strictly tested to ensure that the product remains stable and does not leak under the required temperature.

High temperature filter is mainly used to filter the tar, soot, dust and other particles produced in the high temperature sterilisation tunnel or high temperature drying room of pharmaceutical factories.

Process design features:

• Unique bezel design increases overall strength.

• The aluminium foil spacer not only protects the filter paper from damage, but also reduces wind resistance.

• High-quality glass fibre filter media, evenly spaced, large filtering area, large dust capacity, low resistance and high filtration efficiency.

• Single-component binder, can be used at high temperature of 250 degrees. High temperature resistant special sealing strip to prevent leakage.

• Can be used in environments with a maximum instantaneous temperature of 300 degrees, and a constant temperature of 250 degrees, with stable and reliable performance.
