Pocket Type Activated Carbon Air Filter

Introduction:

The Pocket Type Activated Carbon Air Filter consists of activated carbon fibres with high efficiency adsorption and filter cotton. The filter bag is made of filter material and aluminium alloy frame. The edge of each filter bag is ultrasonically fused, with good airtightness and bonding strength and no air leakage or rupture. The strong adsorption capacity on the surface of the filter bag can effectively control odour and organic pollution in the air, with strong adsorption capacity and low resistance.

The filtering material used in activated carbon filters is made of non-woven fabrics and activated carbon made of chemical fibers (polypropylene or polyester), natural fibers, or mixed fibers. Powdered activated carbon is used as an adsorbent material, while polymer adhesive materials are used for filter screens attached to fiber matrices.

This activated carbon bag filter has good adsorption performance and is widely used in various air conditioners, air purifiers, and specialized purification systems. It is the most commonly used air purification filter. The resistance is below 80 Pa, the content of activated carbon is above 40%, the adsorption rate of carbon tetrachloride is above 35%, and the adsorption rate of benzene is above 20%.
