Introduction:

The fan filter unit is a purified air conditioning end equipment combined with a high efficiency filter, a miniature fan and a housing. It is used in turbulent flow and laminar flow clean room. FFU is usually used in conjunction with ceiling skeleton, and the corresponding FFU is selected according to the different ceiling skeleton.The clean way of FFU can realise the clean room with the requirement of air cleanliness level between ISO3-ISO9.

Applications:

There are two common types of cleanroom air handling, the AHU system and the FFU system. By comparing the two ways, it is concluded that FFU acts as a purifying circulating unit in the purifying air-conditioning system, and the circulating air volume of the clean room is equal to the combined air volume of the FFU in the clean room. The air in the clean room is sent into the clean room by the FFU from the clean ceiling mezzanine, and the circulating air is sent back to the ceiling mezzanine through the return air mezzanine; the circulating air exchanges heat with the DC dry coil installed in the mezzanine when it passes through the return air mezzanine.
