Introduction:

The FFU fan filter unit is equipped with two levels of filters: pre filter and HEPA Filter. The fan draws air in from the top of the unit and filters it through the two-stage filter. Used in various environments to obtain a higher level of clean environment. The shell structure is made of high quality aluminium-zinc-coated sheet, which is light in weight, corrosion-resistant, rust-proof and beautiful.

Difference between DC (EC) motor FFU and AC motor FFU :

1. AC can be made into 5 or 3 speed regulation, and generally can only be adjusted on the spot, and the monitoring system needs to be done to find the faulty unit

2. DC can realize stepless speed regulation, and the speed can be adjusted directly from the central monitoring system

Principles for the selection of DC (EC) FFU motors and AC FFU motors:

1. If the quantity is relatively small, it is not necessary to use a DC system

2. If you want to pursue low cost, it is recommended to use AC FFU. If you are looking for energy saving, DC FFU is recommended.

3. The number of FFU is large, and DC motor can be considered to save power and recover the cost quickly.

Maintenance inspection methods:

Firstly, check the colour of the air filter media, if the filter media becomes black then it means that it should be replaced in time.
Gently touch the air filter media on the outlet side of the air filter and replace it if you feel that it is thick with dust.
Regularly record the status and events of air filter replacement and summarise the optimal replacement intervals
In the case that the air filter has not reached the final resistance, if the indoor pressure difference drops significantly, it is possible that the resistance of the filtration is too high and needs to be replaced in a timely manner
