Introduction:

Synthetic Fiber Pre Filter Cotton is mainly used for pre-filtration of purification systems, is a more common filter material in air purification filtration, to filter particles in the atmosphere ≥ 5 μm (dust and various types of suspended solids) is the main.

Features:

• Made of composite fibers with different high and low melting points inside and outside, the joints between the fibers are firm, tightly combined and not easy to fall off;

• Without adding any chemical adhesive, it is not easy to prolong combustion in case of fire, and it meets the German standard DIN 53438 F1;

• High air permeability, low pressure loss, high dust collection capacity

• Gradual dense messy mesh structure, good water absorption performance

• Resistant to seawater, grease and other chemicals, anti-bacterial, non-toxic, odorless and non-polluting.

• No joints, and easy to hot press, cutting, gluing, laminating and other processing.

• High resilience and tensile strength, strong toughness, good shockproof and buffer performance.

• Closed cell, good sound insulation

• The common width is 2m and the length is unlimited;

• Commonly used thicknesses are 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, etc.

• Can customize the size according to customer requirements

Replacement cycle:

In the rated air volume use conditions, can be used normally for 1~2 months, or when the resistance of the filter cotton reaches more than 200Pa, the filter cotton must be replaced.
