Brief description of Automatic Roll Air Filter

Automatic winding air filter, also known as auto roll air filter, is a new type of air filtration equipment, as a breakthrough in the field of traditional filters, it is an air dust removal equipment that converts the pressure difference before and after passing through the filter into a sensing electric signal and carries out automatic replacement of the filter material.

I. Brief introduction

 1. The main material of the frame can choose cold rolled sheet, aluminium alloy and stainless steel.

 3. The automatic winding filter adopts photoelectric control, which really realises the precise control of the filter material.

II. Control system

1. There is a differential pressure controller installed on the inlet side of the filter media, and the final resistance of the filter media is pre-set according to the requirements of the user's usage environment.

2. When the differential pressure is greater than the set final resistance, PLC sends a signal to the motor to run, and the system starts to replace the new material.

3. The control cabinet is equipped with a pre-set length of filter media for each update, and the number of times the whole roll of filter media can be replaced is inputted into the computer chip of the controller.

4. When the motor is driving the reel to change the material, the laser grid photoelectric control system installed on the top of the equipment starts to work, records the length of the filter material to be changed downwards, and transmits the recorded data to the PLC in the control cabinet.

5. When the recorded data of the filter material movement and the preset data in the computer PLC are the same, the PLC immediately sends a command to stop the motor running.

III. Applications

Automatic winding air filter and bag air filter, plate air filter can be composed of multi-stage filters, up to ≤ 1μm filtration precision, is the preferred model for low-pressure and large-volume air supply system, and is widely used in central air-conditioning system, metallurgy sintering, chemical industry, electronic industry, sewage treatment, power plant, coal mine ventilation, metro ventilation, human defence engineering and other ventilation fields.
