Working Principle:
Mechanical interlocking device: the internal mechanical form to achieve interlocking, when a door is open, another door can not be opened, you must close the door before you can open another door.
Electronic interlocking device: the internal use of integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, lights, etc. to achieve interlocking, when one of the door is open, the other door's open indicator does not light up, informing that the door can not be opened, while the electromagnetic lock action to achieve interlocking. When the door is closed, the electromagnetic lock of the other one starts to work, and at the same time the indicator light will glow, indicating that the other door can be opened.
Usage:
Pass Boxs are managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher level clean area to which they are connected.
Materials entering and leaving the clean area must be strictly separated from the human flow channel, and enter and exit through the special channel for materials in the production workshop.
When passing through the Pass Box, the provisions of "one open and one closed" of the inner and outer doors of the pass box must be strictly implemented, and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time.
When sending out the materials in the clean area, the materials should be transported to the relevant material intermediate station first, and then moved out of the clean area according to the opposite procedure when the materials enter.
All semi-finished products should be transported out of the clean area through the transfer window to the outer temporary storage room, and then transferred to the outer packaging room through the logistics channel.
Materials and wastes that are very easy to cause pollution should be transported to the non-clean area through the special pass box.
After the end of the material in and out, the site and the pass box should be cleaned up in a timely manner in each packing room or intermediate station, and the internal and external access doors of the pass box should be closed, so as to do a good job of cleaning and disinfection.
