The basic construction of the FFU:
1.Housing: its material is commonly used galvanised aluminium alloy coated steel, aluminium alloy, or stainless steel. Role one is to support the fan and wind guide ring, role two is to support the deflector;
2. Pre-filter. Prevents possible damage to the HEPA filter from debris generated by construction, maintenance, or other conditions.
3. DC motor. Low energy consumption, lower cost in the long run.
4. Mini pleat HEPA filter. Used to capture particles around 0.3 micron dust and various suspended matters.
