Separator HEPA Air filter

Introduction:

High efficiency filters play a vital role in improving indoor air quality. Separator HEPA Air filters are designs with separating dividers inside the filter. This design effectively increases the area of the filter and improves filtration.

The dividers distribute the air flow to each filter media, allowing the air to come into contact with the filter media more fully, improving filtration efficiency. At the same time, the design of the spacer also prevents the filter media from shifting, prolonging the service life of the filter.

The service life of the separator high-efficiency filter is affected by a variety of factors, including the filter material, the separator material, the working environment, etc. Under normal use conditions, the service life of the high efficiency filter with separator can usually reach 1-3 years. However, it should be noted that when the filter resistance increases significantly and the filtration effect decreases, the filter should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the air quality of the clean room.
