FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is a device that combines a fan and a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter (HEPA or ULPA), which is mainly used in clean rooms, laboratories, hospitals, and other places with high requirements for air cleanliness.FFU ensures that particles and pollutants in the environment are effectively removed through high-efficiency filtration and air circulation.

1.Main components:

Fans: Provide the power for air flow, usually brushless DC motors or AC motors, featuring low noise and high efficiency.

Filter: usually HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) or ULPA (Ultra High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter), the filtration efficiency can reach more than 99.99%, which can effectively remove particles, bacteria and viruses in the air.

Housing: usually made of stainless steel or galvanised steel, with good sealing and corrosion resistance.

Size: common FFU size is 1175mm x 575mm, can also be customised according to customer requirements.
