Introduction:

Deep Pleat HEPA Air Filter, also known as Separator high-efficiency filter. It is a kind of HEPA filter with glass fibre media separated by paper or aluminium partitions and assembled with a frame on the outside.

Features:

• Compact design box structure, perfect combination of filter media and outer frame with good air tightness, outer frame is aluminium, galvanised frame, stainless steel frame.

• The structure of filter material with separator makes the air flow smoothly, separated by paper or aluminium separator.

• Super fine glass fibre, stable efficiency, low resistance, large dust capacity.

• Good wind speed uniformity, large ventilation, long service life, low running cost.

• Can be customised according to the specific requirements of the user, and do scanning test for each unit before leaving the factory.

The role of " Separators ":

• The corrugated partition can ensure the distance between the folded layers, and the filter media in the equipment can be utilised to a large extent under small resistance.

• In corrosive environments, vinyl-plated separators are generally used.

• The edge of the separator can be folded to effectively prevent the breakage of the filter media, and the thin separator can have more folds, thus increasing the area of the filter media and increasing the airflow.

• The filter media in the equipment is usually separated by pleated aluminium foil specially designed for separator HEPA filters and folded into shape, and SNYLI can also provide a variety of materials and sizes of the outer frame for different places.
