Gel Seal ULPA air filter is a kind of mini pleat air filter, which is a more ideal terminal filter for industrial and biological cleanrooms, and also a more ideal supporting filter for other purification equipments, with the features of low resistance, high efficiency, light weight, easy installation, and so on.

Structure:

  • Filter material: ultra-fine glass fibre;

  • Separator: hot melt adhesive;

  • Sealant: special sealant for liquid tank (polyurethane);

  • Frame: aluminium profile with anodized surface;

  • Others: double-sided spraying diamond-shaped mesh.

Features:

  6. The filter frame is generally made of aluminium profiles. Phosphorus-free polyurethane adhesive seals the waterproof and flame-retardant glass fibre cartridge separated by hot sol, supplemented by surface protection mesh, gaskets and other components. Compact structure, small and light, easy to install and replace.

  7. No divider structure, low resistance, good energy saving

  8. Special designed hot melt adhesive is used to separate the filter paper to ensure the same and reasonable spacing between the filter paper. The filter paper can be fully utilised to achieve the advantage of even wind speed and low resistance.

  9. Testing efficiency according to EN1822 to ensure efficiency

  10. According to EN1822 standard, we use PMS laser timer and PSL test particles to test the efficiency of air filters using MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) method to ensure that the efficiency of air filters meets the standard requirements.
