Glass Fiber Mini Pleat HEPA Air Filter

HEPA air filter adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as filter media, separated by hot melt adhesive, sealed by new polyurethane sealant, and matched with aluminium alloy frame. The fibre grid formed by the filter paper presents a tight structure that prevents fine particles below 0.3μm from entering the filter. In addition, HEPA air filters offer low airflow resistance, long service life and easy maintenance.

Maintenance & Replacement:

  • Air filters should be maintained according to the following standards

Regularly check the inlet surface of the filter for any clogging of debris and any damage to the surface of the filter media.

When the filter is installed, make sure that it is well sealed at the crimp with the frame to prevent leakage.

Do not hit the surface of the filter with heavy objects and do not pull the surface of the filter media with force.

  • HEPA filters should be replaced when any of the following conditions occur

1. The airflow rate is reduced to a minimum. Even if the primary and medium efficiency air filters are replaced, the airflow rate still cannot be increased.

2. The resistance of the high-efficiency air filter reaches 1.5 times to 2 times of the initial resistance.

3. The high-efficiency air filter has leakage that cannot be repaired.
