Introduction:

Clean bench is a kind of equipment designed to provide a local dust-free clean and aseptic working environment, commonly used in laboratories, hospital operating theatres, pharmaceutical production and other fields. Clean benches are designed to maintain a high quality of air in the work area to ensure good protection for high precision operations or work that requires a sterile environment.

Working Principle:

The clean bench filters out dust, microorganisms and other pollutants from the surrounding air through a highly efficient air filtration system to keep the air in the work area clean. HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) or ULPA (Ultra High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) filters are usually used to filter particles in the air to achieve a locally dust-free clean and sterile working environment.

Classification:

Clean benches can be divided into horizontal laminar flow clean benches and vertical laminar flow clean benches according to the airflow pattern.

1. Horizontal laminar flow clean bench: its work area airflow mode is horizontal laminar flow.

2. Vertical laminar flow clean bench: its work area airflow mode is vertical laminar flow. According to the different operation modes of the vertical laminar flow clean bench, it can be divided into single-side operation vertical laminar flow clean bench and double-side operation vertical laminar flow clean bench.

Attention:

1. The clean bench should be placed in a clean and less dusty room, which is conducive to prolonging the service life of the HEPA filter.

2. Measurement should avoid the influence of external wind speed, electromagnetic field, vibration and so on.

3. Do not place unnecessary items in the worktable when using so as not to hinder the circulation of airflow.

4. Open the fan to run for not less than 10min before use, if used directly after opening, the operating table has not yet reached the requirements of purification.

5. After each use, you need to clean the working surface and the four walls, and use disinfectant to wipe regularly.
