Microbiology Laboratory Pass Box

Introduction:

Pass box is a device specially designed to pass small items in rooms of different cleanliness levels. The original design aims is to achieve the minimisation of contamination of the clean area when transferring items.

Depending on the operating principle, SNYLI offers the following four types of pass boxes:

Performance characteristics:

1. With sealing performance to ensure that the air inside and outside of the clean room is not exchanged with each other.

3. Equipped with transparent glass and other materials, it is convenient for the staff to observe the transferring items.

4. Inside is made of smooth stainless steel, while outside of quality steel treated with electrostatic spray coating.

5. Mechanical or electronic interlock ensures two doors can't open at the same time.

Installation Precautions:

1.Ensure that the installation position of the pass box is reasonable and does not affect the cleanliness of the clean room.

2.Ensure that the sealing performance of the pass box is good to avoid air exchange.

3.Regularly clean and maintain the pass box to ensure its normal operation and long-term use.
