Introduction:

Gel seal ULPA air filters use aluminium profiles as the outer frame, ultra-fine glass fibres as the filter media, and a liquid tank filled with PU gel. With the advantages of high reliability and high filtration efficiency, this filter is especially suitable for DOP test and on-site leakage inspection in the workplace, and is applicable to the control of 0.12 micron particles in cleanrooms and purification equipment.
