Introduction:

FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is the filtration equipment used in the clean room purification return air system, it is a kind of self-powered air supply filtration device with modular filtration efficacy of the end air supply device.

Clean rooms with a cleanliness level of 1000 (FS209E standard) or ISO6 or above usually use FFU layouts, and partially purified environments or clean cabinets, clean benches, etc. are also usually realised with FFUs.

In clean room applications, FFUs are usually available in alternating current motor systems (referred to as AC FFUs ) and direct current motor FFU systems (referred to as DC FFUs), which are two different types of motorised operating controls.

• Lower energy consumption: DC fan can really achieve smooth voltage wave line, to achieve the purpose of energy saving;

• Intelligent control: Lisa remote automatic control system can be set up, intelligent monitoring and control, to achieve the perfect match between mechanical components and electronic control system;

• Soft start and soft stop: the starting current is only 1/5 of the AC fan, which can be started at the same time by many wind turbines; good braking performance, truly soft start and soft stop;

• Small heat generation: DC fan itself has high energy efficiency ratio and small heat generation, which can further reduce the heat generation in the additional working area.
